  • Anthropic states that its crawlers honor robots.txt, so you can allow search access while opting out of training.
  • Long documents summarize accurately when each section states its point and every condition sits beside its claim.
  • We run a summary test before and after each rewrite, so the improvement is visible rather than asserted.

Client reviews

What clients say about working with AI Search Rankings

5.0 out of 5 on Google

  • I have worked with Jagdeep Singh, founder of AI Search Rankings, on Laser Tagging Inc., and the results have been excellent.

Jagdeep and his team built our website and completely improved how our business is positioned online. They understood our services, how customers search for us, where we were losing potential bookings, and what needed to change to turn more traffic into actual customers.

One of the biggest wins has been our visibility in AI search. Laser Tagging Inc. has become much easier to find and is now being recommended more often across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google Gemini, and Google Search.

The work has had a real impact on the business. We have generated more revenue, improved the customer journey, and fixed areas where we were previously losing customers and bookings.

What impressed me most about Jagdeep is his understanding of both traditional SEO and Answer Engine Optimization. He knows how to position a business so search engines and AI platforms can clearly understand what the company does, trust the information, and recommend it when people are looking for those services.

He is knowledgeable, detail-oriented, communicates clearly, and most importantly, follows through and gets the work done.

I am very happy with the results and highly recommend Jagdeep and AI Search Rankings to any business owner who wants to grow their visibility, become a recommended answer in AI search, and turn that visibility into real business and revenue.

  • Google Review:

I've worked with Jagdeep Singh, the founder of AI Search Rankings, on several projects, including Mr. Locksmith Lockout, Family Junk Removal Cleanout, and other businesses across different industries.

What sets Jagdeep apart is that he understands where search is heading. He doesn't just build websites or focus on traditional SEO. He brings real expertise in Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), helping businesses become easier for Google, Google Maps, ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, and other AI search engines to find, understand, trust, and recommend.

For my locksmith business, he took the time to understand our services, locations, and what customers actually need when searching for help. He and his team built our websites around those needs, with clear service information, local coverage, and easy ways for customers to call or text us.

What I appreciate most is that Jagdeep doesn't just give recommendations and leave the work to someone else. He deve

lops the strategy, handles the implementation, listens to feedback, and follows through. He understands that a website needs to do more than look good. It needs to help the business get found and turn visitors into customers.

After working with Jagdeep on multiple projects, I highly recommend AI Search Rankings to business owners looking for a knowledgeable, reliable partner in website development, SEO, and Answer Engine Optimization.

  • We hired AI Search Rankings to help improve our visibility in AI search, and we have been very happy with the experience. Jagdeep took the time to understand our business, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and showed us where we were missing opportunities.

They worked on our Answer Engine Optimization and helped improve how our business is presented and understood by platforms like ChatGPT and Google. What I appreciated most was that Jagdeep did not just give us recommendations. He actually helped us make the improvements and had a clear reason behind everything he recommended.

AI search was completely new to us when we started, but the whole process has been straightforward and easy to follow. I would definitely recommend AI Search Rankings to any business that wants to improve its online visibility and prepare for the way people are searching today.

How Claude reads you

Four ways your material reaches Claude, and what each one needs

Some paths depend on crawler access. One depends entirely on how your document is built, because a buyer pastes it in and asks for the short version while you are not in the room.

  • Claude search results

Claude-SearchBot reads your pages so they can appear in Claude search results.

  • A user asks Claude to read a page

Claude-User fetches a page when a person asks Claude about it.

  • A buyer pastes your document

No crawler is involved, so the structure of the document decides how accurate the summary is.

  • Model training

ClaudeBot collects content that may be used to train Anthropic models.

Summary test example

What a summary test catches, shown with one sentence

This illustrative example shows the most common failure: a condition written far from its claim disappears when the page is shortened, and the buyer inherits a promise you never made.

Installation terms page

Installation takes 10 business days.

Condition that must survive a summary: Three paragraphs later: this applies to orders under 500 units.

Summary of the original page

The company installs in 10 business days. The condition was dropped.

Summary after restructuring

Orders under 500 units install in 10 business days, and larger orders are scheduled separately. The meaning survived.

Illustrative example of a summary test. The sentences are examples, not client content.
  • The restructured sentence

Installation takes 10 business days for orders under 500 units, and larger orders are scheduled individually.

  • Why it survives a summary

The limit sits in the same sentence as the claim it qualifies, so a shortened version is far more likely to keep both.

What we change

Six changes that protect your meaning

Applied to your most important long pages and documents every month, at the amount your package covers. Your subject expert approves every restructured document before it is published.

  • Crawler rules that match your decisions

Claude-SearchBot and Claude-User allowed, ClaudeBot set deliberately, and private folders still protected. See AI crawler policy.

  • Headings that follow the argument

A reader or a tool that skims only the headings still reaches the right conclusion about what you offer.

  • Section summaries that stand alone

Each main section opens with a sentence that states what it establishes, so a partial read stays accurate.

  • Conditions attached to claims

Every limit sits in the same sentence as the claim it qualifies, or the very next one.

  • A named expert behind the document

A real author with stated credentials, connected to your company in structured data. See entity SEO.

  • Before and after summary tests

You read the summary of the old document next to the summary of the new one, so the improvement is visible.

How one document is rebuilt each month

The same five steps for every priority page or document, so each change can be traced and approved.

  1. Summarize the originalAn AI summary of the current document is saved as the starting point.
  2. Mark what was lostDropped conditions, merged claims, and wrong details are listed.
  3. RestructureHeadings, section summaries, and conditions are rebuilt around the argument.
  4. Expert approvalYour subject expert approves the restructured document before it is published.
  5. Summarize againThe new summary is compared with the original so the improvement is visible.

What the documentation says

  • Anthropic states that its crawlers honor robots.txt, including the Crawl-delay extension.

The rule most people miss. Under the robots.txt standard, a crawler obeys the most specific group that names it. If you add a group for one crawler, that crawler stops reading your "User-agent: *" rules, so any private folders you block there must be blocked again inside the new group.

Free self check, about 2 minutes

Claude readiness check

Answer eight questions about your website and your long documents. The check focuses on whether your meaning survives when an AI reads or summarizes your material.

Choose Yes, No, or Not sure for each question, then select See my score and fixes. Open the details under a question to see why it matters, how to check it, and the fix.

  1. Does your robots.txt file allow Claude-SearchBot and Claude-User?
Why it matters and how to check

Why it matters. Anthropic states that blocking Claude-SearchBot prevents indexing for search and blocking Claude-User prevents retrieval when a user asks a question.

How to check. Open your website address followed by /robots.txt and look for rules naming Claude-SearchBot, Claude-User, or all crawlers.

The fix. Allow Claude-SearchBot and Claude-User, and decide separately about ClaudeBot.

  2. Do your headings follow the logic of your argument, in order?
Why it matters and how to check

Why it matters. A reader or a tool that skims only the headings should still reach the right conclusion about what you offer.

How to check. List the headings of a key page on their own and read them as an outline.

The fix. Rewrite headings so the outline alone tells the story in the right order.

  3. Does each main section open with a sentence that states what it establishes?
Why it matters and how to check

Why it matters. A summary that reads only part of a document stays accurate when each section states its own point.

How to check. Read the first sentence of every main section and check that each one could stand alone.

The fix. Add a one sentence summary at the start of each main section.

  4. Do limits and conditions sit in the same sentence as the claim they qualify, or the very next one?
Why it matters and how to check

Why it matters. When a long document is shortened, a condition placed far from its claim is the easiest thing to drop.

How to check. Find each promise or capability on a key page and check where its limits are written.

The fix. Move every condition next to the claim it qualifies.

  5. Does each important claim state its basis, such as a figure, a method, or a date?
Why it matters and how to check

Why it matters. A claim with a stated basis can be repeated accurately, while an unsupported one is either dropped or repeated as fact.

How to check. Mark every strong claim on a key page and check what supports it.

The fix. Add the basis to each claim or remove the claim.

  6. Is a named person with stated credentials responsible for each key document?
Why it matters and how to check

Why it matters. A named author lets the material be credited to a real, accountable expert.

How to check. Check each key page or document for an author name, role, and profile link.

The fix. Add a named expert and connect them to the company in your page code.

  7. Are your key documents readable text rather than scanned images or text inside pictures?
Why it matters and how to check

Why it matters. Text inside an image cannot be read reliably by tools that summarize documents.

How to check. Try to select and copy a sentence from each key document or PDF.

The fix. Publish key documents as web pages or text based PDFs.

  8. Have you asked an AI tool to summarize a key page and checked what it left out?
Why it matters and how to check

Why it matters. A direct summary test shows exactly which caveats and details disappear.

How to check. Paste a key page into an AI tool, ask for a five sentence summary, and compare it with the page.

The fix. Run a summary test before and after each rewrite and keep both results.

Straight answers

Claude AI optimization questions, answered

Plain answers to the questions buyers ask most. If yours is not here, ask a strategist directly.

What is Claude AI optimization?

Claude AI optimization is the work of making your pages and documents easy for Claude to find, read accurately, and summarize without losing your conditions. It covers access for Anthropic's search and user crawlers, a heading order that follows your argument, sections that state their own point, and claims with a stated basis.

Which Anthropic crawlers should I allow?

Anthropic documents three agents. Claude-SearchBot indexes content to improve Claude search results, Claude-User retrieves pages when a user asks Claude a question, and ClaudeBot collects content that may be used for model training. Most businesses allow Claude-SearchBot and Claude-User and decide separately about ClaudeBot.

Does blocking ClaudeBot remove my website from Claude search?

Anthropic documents separate agents for separate jobs. Blocking ClaudeBot excludes your future content from Anthropic's training datasets. Search indexing is handled by Claude-SearchBot, and Anthropic states that blocking Claude-SearchBot prevents your content from being indexed for search.

Do Anthropic's crawlers respect robots.txt?

Yes. Anthropic states that its bots honor robots.txt directives, including the Crawl-delay extension, and that a Disallow rule for a named agent is respected. A crawler follows only the most specific group that names it, so private folders must be blocked again inside any agent specific group.

How does Claude decide what to say about a business?

Anthropic does not publish a recommendation formula, so nobody can list exact factors honestly. What you can control is whether your material is easy to read accurately: clear structure, conditions placed next to claims, claims with a stated basis, and a named expert who is accountable for the content.

How do you measure whether Claude optimization works?

By summarizing your key pages before and after the work and reading the result. The test is whether the summary is accurate, whether the caveats survived, and whether someone reading only the summary would reach the right conclusion. Both summaries are included in your reporting.

Will restructuring make our content shorter?

No. Detail is an advantage for tools that read whole documents, so we keep your depth and give it structure. The changes decide where a condition sits, whether a section stands alone, and whether the heading order follows your argument.

Is Claude optimization different from normal copy editing?

Yes, because the goal is different. Copy editing improves style. This work makes the meaning survive being condensed, which drives specific, testable decisions, and each change is checked against a summary test rather than a preference.

Can you guarantee that Claude will recommend my business?

No. Anthropic controls Claude and changes it without notice, so no outside company can guarantee a recommendation. We guarantee the defined monthly work, crawler rules that match your decisions, and before and after summary tests you can read yourself.

How much does Claude AI optimization cost?

It is included in the packages at $799, $1,500, or $3,500 per month. Businesses buying this work specifically usually need $1,500 or above, because meaningful document work needs two to three documents rebuilt every month.
