Can we choose the questions that are tracked?
Yes. We propose questions based on your services, locations, and competitors, and you approve the final list. Any later change is recorded in the report, so month to month comparisons stay honest.
What happens when an AI tool describes us incorrectly?
The wrong detail is traced to its likely source, such as an old directory listing or an outdated page, and the correction is added to the next month's work. The following records show whether the description changed.
